Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview

• The competition is organized by Off the Chart Crypto Trading Circle (“Organiser”).

• The competition runs from 23 January 2025 to 11:59 PM, 28 February 2025 (“Competition Period”).

• Winners will be announced on 4 March 2025 during a live event and via email.

2. Eligibility

• Open to all current members and free members who join on or before 28 February 2025.

• Participants must be 18 years or older and provide a valid email address.

• Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

• Participants must answer the competition question:
  “Off the Chart Crypto Trading Circle is about profits, insights, and community. How would being part of this network help you cut through the noise, simplify your trading, and transform your trading success?”

• Submissions must be made via the competition form provided on the https://www.offthechartcircle.com/launch-competition.

4. Prizes

• 3 Annual Memberships (Value: $588 each)

• 10 Monthly Memberships (Value: $49 each)

• 3 Premium Course Access Passes (Value: up to $790 each)

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be chosen based on creativity, relevance, and effort, with input from the Organizer and community voting (monthly and annual members only have access to the community).

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify the selection process.

6. Notifications and Redemption

• Winners will be notified via email and announced during the live event on 4 March 2025.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Data Usage

• By entering, participants consent to the Organiser using their submission for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website).

• Personal information will be used solely for the competition and in accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer

• This competition is not financial advice and is for engagement purposes only.

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
